1Acceptance of mratm8 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mratm8 ("Platform", "We", "mratm8"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the mratm8 platform, including account registration, Sports Betting activity, casino game usage, financial transactions, and all related services offered through the mratm8 website and mobile application.

3Account Registration & Member Responsibilities

Each eligible individual is only permitted to hold one account only at mratm8. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

Upon registration, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Any false or misleading information provided at registration or at any point thereafter may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

You are solely responsible for keeping your mratm8 account password confidential. mratm8 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. 4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Mratm8 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian digital payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost eWallet, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX online banking including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, and Public Bank. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction.
• Deposit processing time: Under 60 seconds for all listed digital methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: 1 to 3 hours for regular members; faster processing for VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members.

5Sports Betting Rules at mratm8

All bets placed on mratm8 are final once confirmed by the system. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections prior to confirmation. mratm8 will not cancel confirmed bets on the grounds of player error.

The general Sports Betting rules applicable at mratm8 are as follows:

• Football betting is settled based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise stated in the relevant market.
• For BWF badminton matches, ATP/WTA tennis, and other individual sports, the winner is the individual or pair who prevails across the full set or match as stipulated in the official rules of the relevant tournament.
• Matches that are postponed and resumed within 24 hours of the original start time will remain valid. If a match is postponed for more than 24 hours, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a match being called off early due to weather, pitch conditions, or an official's decision, the void match settlement rules will apply in accordance with mratm8's policy for the relevant sport.
• Mratm8 reserves the right to void any bet if it is determined that the odds offered were the result of a technical error or an obvious pricefeed error.

Mratm8's total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time the claim arises. mratm8 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, though we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime.

12Amendments to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Us
